Job Description

Manage incoming calls and route them to the correct department or individual, warmly greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Research and negotiate travel deals to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Provide support and assistance to team members during travel, addressing any issues or concerns that arise anytime.

Keep accurate records of travel expenses and reconcile them with company policies.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to reception duties
