Job Description
Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure that all compensation practices and payroll administration are in full compliance with current laws and regulations
- Participate in salary surveys and labor market research to define market benchmarks and achieve internal equity
- Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and quarterly review of the budget in line with business achievements
- Develop and review compensation policies; Loan, Mobile, Transportation Allowances
- Oversee merit increase cycle, promotions, transfers and End of service compensation
HRIS:
- Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries
- Performing review on HR System, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration ...etc.
- Oversee permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in the Compensation and benefits field with solid Background on HRIS
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social Insurances Law
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency of English language
