Job Description
The HR Manager develops and implements strategic and operational HR initiatives across the organization. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, compensation, operations, and organizational culture.
- Create and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career development frameworks
- Manage HR operations (payroll, social insurance, etc.)
- Design performance management and employee recognition systems
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR-related regulations
- Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee mediation
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and job evaluation programs
- Build company culture through engagement and diversity initiatives
- Analyze HR data and produce reports on turnover, hiring, and trends
- Act as a business partner to department heads on people issues
- Supervise and develop the HR team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources would be an advantage
- 12+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Generalist experience in recruitment, operations, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
