Job Description
- Administer and coordinate the recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve HR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
