Job Description
we are expanding our Human resourcing Team at KTS International company.
So, we want " HR Generalist " to Join our team to assist and helping in our day-to-day process.
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining Employee Records:
- Creating, updating, and managing employee files, both physical and within HR systems.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assisting with employee benefits programs, such as enrollment, changes, and claims.
Compliance: - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and other relevant regulation
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Government Liaison:
- Interacting with government authorities related to labor laws and social insurance.
- Policy and Procedure Development:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with Payrol
- Helping and assist in closing payroll, collecting and calculate the Employment tax as Egyptian law
- Human resourcing process:
Help and assist in Recruitment, Hiring, Training for newcomers and any related tasks from hiring managers.
Job Requirements
- skills:
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent in using Excel and Google sheets.
- Excellent in Speaking English
- Able to learn.
