Job Description
- Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company strategy.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
- Handling the company complies with all required government inspections and deadlines related to HR tasks such as Labor Office and Social Insurance.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
