Job Description
Role Purpose:
- To support the HR department in all areas including:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations
- Payroll & attendance
- Performance management
- Training & compliance with Egyptian labor law
Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
- Handle onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain employee records & contracts
- Support payroll and attendance tracking
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
- Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
- Assist in performance appraisals and training programs
- Implement HR policies and support internal HR projects
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics
- Organize employee engagement and wellness activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
