Job Description

 Role Purpose:

  • To support the HR department in all areas including:
  • Recruitment & onboarding
  • Employee relations
  • Payroll & attendance
  • Performance management
  • Training & compliance with Egyptian labor law

     Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain employee records & contracts
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
  • Assist in performance appraisals and training programs
  • Implement HR policies and support internal HR projects
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics
  • Organize employee engagement and wellness activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
