Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Ensure accuracy of attendance records, overtime, and leave data.
- Verify payroll-related changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, deductions, and allowances.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure payroll disbursement is accurate and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
- Maintain employee files and ensure they are updated with contracts, personal data, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Follow up on employee attendance, sick leaves, and annual leave balances.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, including collecting documents and explaining policies.
- Handle employee offboarding processes including final settlements, exit interviews, and clearance forms.
- Prepare and submit Social Insurance Forms as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll or personnel administration.
- Basic knowledge of local labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
