**Primary Responsibility:**
- Lead the expansion of market presence through strategic business development, including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing business deals.
- Focus on increasing sales by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with key accounts in the MENA region.

- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned market/region.
- Grow the sales volume and expand the portfolio of key clients.

**Skills and Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hygiene or healthcare industry.
- Ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, presentation tools, and digital literacy in internet and social media usage.
- Creative thinking and original idea generation.
- Independent working capabilities with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding written and presentation skills.
- Proficient in sales techniques, customer needs assessment, territory management, and market understanding.
**Language Proficiency:**
- Native level Arabic skills (both reading and writing).
- Fluency in English and French.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Sales. An MBA is a plus.
