Job Description

To keep pace with rising demand, we are hiring a Sales Coordinator who will own the day-to-day management of the sales pipeline in our CRM and act as the first line of communication for customer proposals. You will be the connective tissue between marketing, account executives, pre-sales consultants and our prospects—ensuring every lead is captured, nurtured and converted into a satisfied customer.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the sales pipeline
    1. Enter, update and monitor all leads, opportunities and activities in Zoho CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365
    2. Keep data clean, ensure every deal has an owner, next step and due date
  2. Generate insight & accountability
    1. Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts and automated reminders for weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
    2. Flag stalled deals and data-quality issues, following up with account executives to resolve them
  3. Prepare and dispatch proposals
    1. Draft, format and send quotes, proposals and basic contracts using approved templates
    2. Coordinate pricing, scope and delivery dates with product, finance and legal teams
  4. Be the customer’s first point of contact
    1. Answer routine presales questions via email or phone and schedule discovery calls / demos
    2. Log every touchpoint, follow up on sent proposals and confirm next steps with prospects
  5. Govern the sales process
    1. Enforce stage definitions, data-entry standards and close-out procedures across the team
    2. Compile the weekly pipeline pack for management review
  6. Drive continuous improvement
    1. Capture frontline feedback on product fit, objections and pricing to share with marketing and product teams
    2. Suggest and help implement workflow tweaks that shorten the sales cycle or streamline proposal creation

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in a sales-support, inside-sales or sales-operations role—preferably in B2B software/SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar. (Ability to build views, workflows and dashboards is a plus.)
  • Proven track record creating and sending polished proposals, quotes or SOWs.
  • Strong written & spoken English; Arabic an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time-management skills and a love for well-structured data.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
