Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent within the organization. This role will focus on enhancing the employee experience through talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  3-5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
