Job Description

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Manage the end -to- end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
    • Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  1. Sourcing and Networking:
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  2. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
    • Conduct interviews in alignment with the company’s values and objectives, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
  3. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the application tracking sheet and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
    • Analyze recruitment trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Partner with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with overall HR initiatives, including employer branding and workforce planning.
    • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Mentor and train junior talent acquisition team members on best practices in recruitment and selection.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a varied and inclusive candidate pool.
    • Develop strategies that encourage diverse candidates to apply.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a senior talent acquisition or similar role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and resume databases
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • FMCG / F&B background is preferable 
  • 6th of October/ Zaid Resident or near location
