Job Description
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end -to- end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews in alignment with the company’s values and objectives, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the application tracking sheet and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Analyze recruitment trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Partner with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with overall HR initiatives, including employer branding and workforce planning.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Training and Development:
- Mentor and train junior talent acquisition team members on best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a varied and inclusive candidate pool.
- Develop strategies that encourage diverse candidates to apply.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a senior talent acquisition or similar role
- Familiarity with ERP systems and resume databases
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- FMCG / F&B background is preferable
- 6th of October/ Zaid Resident or near location
