Job Description
- Drive sales by engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored furniture and FF&E solutions.
- Present furniture products effectively to clients, ensuring high-quality visual and functional showcases.
- Offer expert consultation on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers within the FF&E sector.
- Collaborate closely with design and procurement teams to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, innovations, and products in the furniture and FF&E industry to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in the same field, with a strong background in FF&E products and industry processes.
- Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; experience with 3ds Max is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, balancing sales targets with technical coordination.
- Solid understanding of market trends in the furniture industry, particularly in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior experience working with architects, designers, or contractors on FF&E projects is an added advantage.
