Job Description
We are a growing digital self-publishing platform serving authors and readers across Egypt and the Arab world. Our service allows writers to publish and sell their books directly to readers through a website and mobile app.
As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Executive to help us reach more writers and readers. The role involves calling leads, explaining our services, setting meetings, and closing deals.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company’s services.
- Conduct client meetings (online or in-person) to explain the full range of services offered.
- Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a professional communication flow to move them through the sales funnel.
- Prepare proposals or quotations as needed to support client decision-making.
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover to the operations or client servicing team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and capable of building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
