Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Specialist ( KAM) to join our team . In this role, you will leverage your expertise to engage healthcare professionals/Hospitals  and promote our innovative Hospital Equipment & Medical Device .

As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare landscape while driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and expand market presence

• Engage with healthcare providers/Hospitals in through presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to effectively communicate the value of our medical products

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system

• Provide ongoing training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products

Job Requirements

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Medical Device sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of medical devices, Hospital or healthcare products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

Preferred:

• Engineering Bachelor's degree 

• Experience working in a hybrid sales environment, combining in-person and remote sales strategies

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for sales improvement

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage customer relationships

• Ability to utilize data analytics tools to monitor sales performance and market trends

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions

• A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results

• Team-oriented approach with a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively across departments

• Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations
