Job Description
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to hospital clinicians, infection control teams, and purchasing managers, highlighting the features and benefits of our disinfectant products
- Train hospital staff (nurses, cleaning crews, etc.) on proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and product usage
- Provide scientific and technical support by addressing product questions and demonstrating correct application method
- Achieve assigned sales targets by generating new orders and expanding product use within the hospital territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key decision-makers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to organize workshops, in-service trainings, and educational campaigns that promote our disinfection solutions
- Monitor market and competitive trends in infection control; gather customer feedback on product performance and share insights with management
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems, and report on product usage and account status
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Strong scientific/technical background to understand disinfectant chemistries and infection control principles.
- Familiarity with hospital infection prevention and hygiene protocols is highly desirable
- Willingness to obtain any required industry certifications (e.g. CPR, first aid) and compliance training.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably with hospital or healthcare facility accounts
- Experience selling infection prevention or disinfectant products is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-driven role
- Comfort working independently in a field environment and managing a sales territory (e.g. scheduling hospital visits, follow-ups).
- The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the required sales territories (Giza and October - Doki & Mohandsin - Maadi &Helwan - New Cairo & Nasr City - Delta - Alex - Upper Egypt)
