Job Description
- Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
- Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions.
- Reach Best Freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time.
- Prepare Paper Work for Review Customs & Taxes per shipment.
- Maintain detailed records, and generate reports to help management understand the logistics perspective.
- Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain processes while ensuring quality and safety as well as implement subsequent changes to processes.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Ensure all related departments are following company policies and procedures in terms of supply chain processes.
- Guarantee of on-time payment for different service providers (freight forwarders, insurance company, and customer broker).
- Responsible for issuing weekly report for shipment status.
Job Requirements
- Very good English language writing, speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar related field.
- Not less than 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management preferred Medical Devices Industry.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Attention to details and deadline oriented.
