Job Description
We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our IT and software purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, request quotations, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Evaluate and inspect the quality of purchased products, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to support the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of IT products and software solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, Must be in the IT and software sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software licensing, and vendor management.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
