Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (Medical) to join the dynamic sales team .

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in medical device sales to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expand our market presence in your designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and benefits of our medical devices

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product enhancements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools

Job Requirements

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or related healthcare field

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred:

• Engineering Bachelor's degree 

• Experience with surgical devices or implantable technologies

• Established network of contacts within the healthcare community

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing customer relationships and sales data

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations

• Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
