Job Description

About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for our prospective customers, where you will be working closely with them to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to build trust, answer complex questions, and ultimately drive successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing pre-sales technical support and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with potential customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with our international partners to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address customer-specific needs.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from prospects and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide technical input and support for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and other technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product development.
  • Fast learner and versatility to demonstrate knowledge in our three industrial sectors
  • Assist in registration processes at different entities
  • Lead and support in different initiatives based on the business need

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Construction) or Business Administration
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a pre-sales technical role, preferably as a Sales Engineer in our relevant industries.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.   
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-Motivated, seeks responsibility and takes ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred (German is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
