Job Description
- Assist in executing organizational development (OD) initiatives, encompassing performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, analyze the findings, and propose enhancement strategies.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintain the OD metrics and reports for monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of initiatives.
- Facilitate the onboarding procedures for new recruits, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs aimed at augmenting employee competencies and expertise.
- Coordinate the training sessions, ensuring the readiness of materials and the active participation of attendees.
- Assist in gauging the efficacy of the training through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and oversee employee progress and development tracking.
- Support in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing and evaluating candidates through various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Support in the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks related to employee benefits and leave management.
- Required to actively participate in emergency drills and practices.
- Adherence to all HSE instructions is mandatory for every employee.
- Familiarize themselves with the HSE policy and comply with its guidelines.
- Demonstrate full commitment to HSE requirements and immediately cease any work that contradicts these standards.
- To perform any other duties assigned by his direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
