Job Description

  1. Assist in executing organizational development (OD) initiatives, encompassing performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  2. Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, analyze the findings, and propose enhancement strategies.
  3. Contribute to the establishment and maintain the OD metrics and reports for monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of initiatives.
  4. Facilitate the onboarding procedures for new recruits, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  5. Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs aimed at augmenting employee competencies and expertise.
  6. Coordinate the training sessions, ensuring the readiness of materials and the active participation of attendees.
  7. Assist in gauging the efficacy of the training through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  8. Maintain training records and oversee employee progress and development tracking.
  9. Support in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing and evaluating candidates through various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  10. Support in the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  11. Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information.
  12. Assist in managing administrative tasks related to employee benefits and leave management.
  13. Required to actively participate in emergency drills and practices.
  14. Adherence to all HSE instructions is mandatory for every employee.
  15. Familiarize themselves with the HSE policy and comply with its guidelines.
  16. Demonstrate full commitment to HSE requirements and immediately cease any work that contradicts these standards.
  17. To perform any other duties assigned by his direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
