Job Description
- Lead and manage tech recruitment for engineering, product, and IT roles
- Handle personnel administration, contracts, and employee records
- Oversee social insurance and ensure labor law compliance
- Contribute to HR initiatives that improve culture and performance
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles effectively.
- Working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and general HR compliance practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Very good command of English language
- Additional HR training will be a plus
