Job Description
- Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
- Controlling of all documents revision for the project
- Carry out inspection as per approved inspection and test plan and procedure
- Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Schedules
- Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, water proof, heat insulation …etc.)
- Quantity Survey
- Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
- Monitoring work progress
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process
- Preparation of As-built drawings
- Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost
- Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
- Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
- Site Management.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure

- Time Management understands and knows what tasks are more important than others and what needs to be solved immediately and what can wait; able to multi-task effectively; excellent organizational skills
- Strong Finishing background with eye to detail.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Technical knowledge of all building systems such as electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, etc.Construction engineering background.
- Presentable
- Mastering Auto-CAD
- Good knowledge using photoshop
- Proficient in MS Tools, Excel & Word.
