Job Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities between subcontractors, labor, and site staff to achieve smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
- Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Provide technical support and resolve any engineering or site issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure that materials, equipment, and manpower are available on time to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress records, and documentation for project management.
- Assist in cost control and resource management, minimizing wastage and maximizing productivity.
- Liaise with consultants, project managers, and clients to report progress and address site challenges.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (7–8 years) as a Site Engineer in construction projects (infrastructure, industrial, or building works).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and project execution.
- Familiarity with Egyptian Building Codes and international standards (advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (Revit or Primavera is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
