Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction work on-site to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating technical aspects, managing resources, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues that arise.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor project timelines and report delays or challenges.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to implement construction drawings.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of site experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
