Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall construction plans.
Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation and commissioning processes.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, or potential risks.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
Assist in procurement and verification of MEP materials, equipment, and resources required for site operations.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices on-site to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to address queries and facilitate smooth project execution.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in MEP site engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in supervising MEP installations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards relevant to MEP systems.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools for design, planning, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving site challenges.
