Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural drawings, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Ability to work full-time, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in an onsite environment.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to site challenges.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands require.
