Oversee and coordinate all architectural activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation during construction.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns and incorporate feedback
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
6-9 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering within large-scale real estate or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and implement complex architectural drawings and specifications.
Experience in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.
