Job Description
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil and Architect engineering projects.
- Supervision and Follow-up work of finishes.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Continuous coordination with the contractors in order to complete the project on time.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure project integrity.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving during the construction phase, finishing ,addressing any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Civil or Architecture Engineering is Must (Government University Preferred).
- Minimum of experience 7 to 10 years in Hotels "fixed and floating".
- Location: Cairo & Hurghada & Luxor.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit/3D Modelling, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
