Job Description
- Supervise all civil works on-site (concrete, reinforcement, formwork, infrastructure).
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Review shop drawings and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
- Enforce safety and occupational health standards on-site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in civil execution works for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD – Rivet – MS Project).
- Strong leadership and site management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
