Job Description
• Supervise site activities and ensure execution according to drawings and technical specifications.
• Follow up on the project schedule with High management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and avoiding any delays.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and site teams, and organize work among them to prevent any mistakes.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to management.
• Review and verify quantities and materials needed for the site.
• Follow health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure quality of execution and compliance with the shop and 3D drawings.
• Attend periodic project meetings and follow up on decisions made.
• Implement work following the Egyptian code, standard specifications, taking care to avoid any errors.
• Follow up on and receive work manufactured off-site, receive it at the manufacturing site, and ensure compliance with standard specifications before delivery to the site.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision (finishing or construction).
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and building codes.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to lead site teams.
• Ability in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver project goals on time.
