Job Description
- Preview the site, in charge of managing our resources and coordinating with third parties, in charge of receiving and managing, storing raw materials on site.
- Wood &more site SPOC with owner and consultant engineers.
- In charge of facilitating and arranging the working environment for contractors.
- Responsible for the high-quality standards and deliverables to the consultant.
- Follow up to solve any issues with the general contractor.•
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule as per the work plan.
- Provide project updates consistently to management regularly.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments with concerned parties if needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinating, delivering, and receiving the IRs, the point of contact between the consultant's DC & Wood and More's DC.
- such as subcontractors, effectively and efficiently to reach planned objectives, as detailed in the schedule plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Site and Quality Engineer in architectural or civil projects.
- Strong understanding of work processes, site management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
- Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time, between the administration and site, and adapt to evolving project needs.
