Job Description
- Track employee tasks, performance, and reliability while finding solutions to enhance productivity.
- Address employee requests and provide necessary information.

- Assist in analyzing employee-related issues such as job satisfaction and salary structure.
- Collect and analyze monthly performance evaluation reports from department heads and managers, assisting them in report drafting and integrating data into the annual performance review.
- Suggest improvement, corrective, and preventive actions to enhance departmental performance.
- Contribute to preparing an appropriate HR budget based on studies and within the organization's financial capacity.
- Prepare and process the monthly payroll through the Odoo Portal &. Manage and process regular and installment-based salary advances as per company policies.
- Submit a weekly report to the CEO detailing completed tasks and pending issues with explanations.
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out according to the official HR procedures.
- Propose improvements, corrective actions, and preventive measures to enhance HR operations, including medical insurance &social insurance .
- Assist in preparing an appropriate HR budget within the organization's financial capabilities.
Job Requirements
- A relevant Relevant Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in using various computer programs and the internet.
- Completion of training courses in Human Resources.
- Good in English.
- Polished communication skills and professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Punctuality and time discipline.
- Logical thinking and strong focus.
