Job Description

  • Track employee tasks, performance, and reliability while finding solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Address employee requests and provide necessary information.
  • Monitor performance evaluations to reward outstanding employees and address underperformance.
  • Report employee performance updates to the CEO.
  • Prepare HR policy and procedure documentation.
  • Process monthly payroll, submit it at the end of the month, and have it reviewed by the accountant.

  • Assist in planning and preparing executive programs for the HR department.
  • Draft appointment, termination, resignation, and leave decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and procedural labor regulations.
  • Prepare annual promotion, salary, and job placement reports.
  • Assist in job announcements, receiving applicants, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.
  • Participate in maintaining, updating, and modifying job description documents.
  • Prepare annual evaluation reports for all employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance and departure records.
  • Assist in analyzing employee-related issues such as job satisfaction and salary structure.
  • Collect and analyze monthly performance evaluation reports from department heads and managers, assisting them in report drafting and integrating data into the annual performance review.
  • Suggest improvement, corrective, and preventive actions to enhance departmental performance.
  • Contribute to preparing an appropriate HR budget based on studies and within the organization's financial capacity.
  • Prepare and process the monthly payroll through the Odoo Portal &. Manage and process regular and installment-based salary advances as per company policies.
  • Submit a weekly report to the CEO detailing completed tasks and pending issues with explanations.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out according to the official HR procedures.
  • Propose improvements, corrective actions, and preventive measures to enhance HR operations, including medical insurance &social insurance  .
  • Assist in preparing an appropriate HR budget within the organization's financial capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • A relevant Relevant Bachelor Degree
  • Proficiency in using various computer programs and the internet.
  • Completion of training courses in Human Resources.
  • Good in English.
  • Polished communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Punctuality and time discipline.
  • Logical thinking and strong focus.
  • High intelligence level.
  • Active listening, comprehension, and awareness of situations with focus.
  • Professional appearance and elegance.
  • Ability to handle critical situations with wisdom.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations, including any updates.
