Job Description
Supports the HR department by coordinating daily administrative tasks, recruitment support, and employee services. Plays a key role in documentation, communication, and operational HR processes.
- Assist in job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment contracts and employee onboarding packs
- Manage payroll
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Support attendance and leave management systems
- Provide logistical support for training sessions and HR events
- Track and report on probationary evaluations and documentation compliance
- Help implement employee engagement activities
- Serve as first-level support for HR inquiries from staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Administration
- 8+ years experience in an HR support role
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations and HR documentation processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with HRMS or payroll systems
