Job Description
- Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations within the factory environment, ensuring seamless integration of HR practices with production goals and compliance frameworks.
- Design and implement proactive attendance, leave, and workforce availability strategies to support production continuity and reduce downtime.
- Act as a strategic partner in managing employee relations by identifying underlying workplace issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving sustainable resolutions.
- Administer disciplinary actions with consistency and legal alignment, ensuring fairness while safeguarding the organizational climate and culture.
- Support and enhance HR initiatives related to workforce capability development, employee retention, and factory-level engagement programs aligned with organizational values.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to prepare actionable reports and insights for management, contributing to informed decision-making and performance improvement.
- Foster a collaborative ecosystem between HR, production, compliance, and administrative functions to ensure a high-performance, legally compliant, and resilient workforce model.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by evaluating HR systems, identifying process gaps, and recommending digital or procedural enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Experience in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, factory environment.
