Role Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for iVein Clinics. This role involves managing the scheduling of interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Process Coordination
- Assist Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
2. Candidate Experience
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain recruitment files, records, and reporting metrics.
4. Administrative Support
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, medical examinations, and onboarding schedules.
- Support HR projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
