Job Description
Handle personnel administration, including employee records, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor law and company policies.
Manage employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems, including setting KPIs and tracking progress.
Assist in conducting performance reviews and providing reports to management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and policies.
Support HR projects and initiatives such as engagement, development, and training programs.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, with focus on personnel, payroll, and performance management.
Solid knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs and performance evaluation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
