Job Description
- Lead the full talent acquisition cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.
- Conduct JAs & JDs and support in creating job's KPIs
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, and improvement plans to support a high-performance culture.
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives, including change management, training, and leadership development programs.
- Support succession planning and career development, partnering with managers to identify and grow internal talent.
- Drive employee engagement activities to enhance morale, retention, and workplace culture.
Support general HR functions and employee engagement activities as needed. - Create and maintain databases for all OD operations, analyze data, and provide periodic reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational development programs.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Visio
- Odoo ERP user
- Excellent analytical and organizing skills.
