Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee records, and attendance tracking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
Oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Monitor and moderate company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Report on social media performance and trends.
Support the management team with any ad hoc tasks or special projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with content moderation.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
