We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to join the office team of Egypt’s leading high-end architecture firm. This role is ideal for fresh graduates—especially from international universities—who are energetic, detail-oriented, and confident communicators in English. As the first face clients see, you'll play a key role in shaping first impressions and ensuring a smooth office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and internal coordination
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate travel bookings, office supplies, and vendor interactions
Assist management with special projects and follow-ups
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Recent graduate, preferably from an international university
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Presentable, agile, and able to represent a premium brand image
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
