Job Description

The brand manager is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies to help build a distinctive brand for the organization and increase customer participation, as he cooperates with the various departments to conduct market analyzes, competition analysis, design promotional campaigns, develop websites, profits and pricing.

  • Conducting various researches to determine market trends and target customers. 
  • Develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness and knowledge.
  • Ensure brand quality in online and offline marketing channels.
  • Reviewing the packaging of the products, determining the appropriate form, and making suggestions to improve the positioning of the products.
  • Conduct research and analysis of competition and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design advertising campaigns for new products/services.
  • Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns
  • Coordinating with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure linkage between the product line and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in developing media campaigns well and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
  • Update product prices to align with the company's long-term goals.
  • Participate in organizing events and promotional events.
  • Carrying out any tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
