Job Description
.Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and software-related roles
.Serve as the SPOC for employees and management on HR operations.
.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
.Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, employee referrals)
.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
.Manage the candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth interview experience
.Draft and extend job offers in collaboration with hiring teams and HR leadership
.Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs
.Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
.Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
.Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
.Coordinate performance review cycles and training initiatives
.Support employer branding initiatives to attract tech talent
Job Requirements
.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on technical and non tech position.
.Previous experience in a software company or IT industry is a must
.Solid understanding of software development roles and technical skill sets
.Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
.Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
