Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the company director. This person will be the right hand to the owner, managing all admin, email communications, document drafting, research, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and calendar coordination
  • Draft technical and financial proposals
  • Follow up on tax deadlines, HR records, and regulatory documents
  • Conduct internet research and data collection
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients professionally
  • Issue and track purchase orders
  • Prepare meeting notes and follow-up lists

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in executive support
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
