We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This role requires proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration & Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and devices and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Organize and manage office filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Ensure organized, and professional office environment.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist senior management in administrative tasks, including document preparation and reports.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support HR Administration and maintain records and filling system.
- Support hiring processes and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Work with Social Media to ensure company news is being posted
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in similar roles.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop proper communications, emails, letters, in Both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), AI tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Living in close proximity to Giza, ELSheikh Zayed or 6th October is preferable.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree. (Preferable in Business Administration, Management, or relevant fields)
