Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This role requires proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration & Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory and devices and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Organize and manage office filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure organized, and professional office environment.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Assist senior management in administrative tasks, including document preparation and reports.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support HR Administration and maintain records and filling system.
  • Support hiring processes and coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Work with Social Media to ensure company news is being posted

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in similar roles.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop proper communications, emails, letters, in Both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), AI tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Living in close proximity to Giza, ELSheikh Zayed or 6th October is preferable.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree. (Preferable in Business Administration, Management, or relevant fields)
