Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests
  • Assist in planning and coordinating team meetings, offsites, and company events
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support project management tasks
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Perform general administrative duties such as expense reports, filing, and ordering supplies

 

Job Requirements

  • Very good English Level
  • Ex fiance services company preferred
  • New Cairo and near by areas preferably
  • Microsoft office
  • Presentable
