Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests
- Assist in planning and coordinating team meetings, offsites, and company events
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and support project management tasks
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Perform general administrative duties such as expense reports, filing, and ordering supplies
