Now Hiring: Executive Assistant – Real Estate Focus
Pay: $6–8/hour | Shifts: 3, 4, or 6 hours/day | Remote | U.S. Business Hours

Goldbar Staffing is hiring high-performing Executive Assistants to support top U.S.-based real estate professionals. This is a remote, long-term opportunity with full training provided. You’ll be trained in all areas of business support and matched with a client based on your skills.
Please note:
You may not be responsible for every task listed below. This is the full scope of the assistant role, but you'll be trained on the specific tasks your client requires.
Key Responsibilities (Grouped into 4 Categories):
Admin Ops
- Manage inboxes and calendars
- Organize Google Drive and assets
- Tag, clean, and maintain CRMs
- Build SOPs and operational playbooks
Operational Support
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain database hygiene
- Coordinate client gifting
- Handle inbound calls and follow-ups
Marketing Execution
- Create flyers and social assets
- Schedule content across platforms
- Send weekly newsletters
- Build funnels and landing pages
Executive Support
- Book travel and appointments
- Track expenses and finances
- Manage vendors and logistics
- Handle personal to-dos
- Prep reports and summaries

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven virtual assistant or remote admin experience
- Fluent, C1-level English with near-native spoken and written communication
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems quickly
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive under pressure
- Experience using at least 4 of these tools: Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Skyslope, Dotloop, Follow Up Boss, CRMs
- Strong understanding of business etiquette and executive support
- Available Monday–Friday during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific preferred)
