Job Description
We are a fast-growing premium brand in the parenting and education space, led by a well-known influencer. We are looking to hire one high-caliber female Executive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, communications, and event logistics.
The role is primarily remote, with some occasional physical attendance required during workshops or meetings in Cairo. We’re looking for someone professional, organized, and passionate about working in a women-focused brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, calls, and social media messages
- Coordinate the influencer’s calendar, schedule, and reminders
- Handle communication with clients, partners, and collaborators
- Assist in organizing and booking venues for workshops and training events
- Attend live workshops to provide on-ground support and ensure smooth coordination
- Follow up with the marketing agency and ensure timely delivery of content
- Prepare summaries, reports, and task updates
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communication
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, admin support, or event coordination
- Previous experience in similar fields (education, events, parenting, influencer brands) preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, social media tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Presentable and professional in both digital and in-person settings
- Comfortable working remotely most of the time
- Transportation costs for any offline tasks will be fully covered by the company
- Passion for motherhood, education, or women-centered topics is a plus
