Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting top-level executives, especially within the construction and contracting sector, and must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, and handle bookings for flights, hotels, and logistics when travel is required.
  • Prepare and review reports, official correspondence, and internal communications to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and polite manner.
  • Maintain and archive important documents and files according to company standards.
  • Provide support in preparing presentations and regular reports.
  • Follow up on the execution of decisions and directives with various departments.
  • Welcome and receive visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and sensitive executive data.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chairman within the scope of the role.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably to the Chairman or C-level executives.
  • Age: Must not exceed 35 years old.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction or contracting companies (mandatory).
  • Appearance: Must be well-groomed and unveiled (not wearing a hijab)this is a client requirement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
