Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential hotel clients for construction and renovation projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as hotel owners, managers, and procurement teams.
Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations.
Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create proposals and project plans that meet client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the project team.
