Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, handle secretarial and clerical tasks, manage schedules, welcome visitors, and ensure smooth office functioning. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and reports as required.
  • Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and handle basic office logistics.
  • Assist in HR paperwork such as employee onboarding documents.
  • Support in event planning, internal communication, and team coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in scheduling, office coordination, and document control is a plus.
