Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, handle secretarial and clerical tasks, manage schedules, welcome visitors, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Welcome guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers.
- Monitor and order office supplies and handle basic office logistics.
- Assist in HR paperwork such as employee onboarding documents.
- Support in event planning, internal communication, and team coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in scheduling, office coordination, and document control is a plus.
